If she has them frequently, you might want to look in to taking her to a pediatric urologist, if she's young or a regular urologist if she's older. I had frequent bladder infection throughout my childhood and began having kidney stones at age 15-- infections can cause stones and vice versa. She may need a 24 hour urine test to see how her body is processing things. Sometimes, dilitation of the urethra can help if the reason she's getting the infections is because she isn't voiding prooperly. She could also have a "silent" kidney stone... one that isn't causing her much pain but is in her ureter or bladder and causing an infection.

i would ask them to do a ultra sound and xrays of her kidneys my daughter had several u tract infections also bladder it progressively got worse she was hospitalized twice with severe kidney infections they finally took xrays and found she had a extra tube from her kidneys to her bladder so her urine would reflux back and not totally drain witch caused all the infections the thing that was amazing was that she was born like that it just took along time for it to affect her so ask them to leave no stone unturned do every test necessary my daughter had corrective surgery they put a stint in to open it up she feels great now good luck also have them check her ovary's
