You want to feel the desire to make out with him but you just don't. There could be lots of reasons for this. The most likely is that you are too young to have these feelings yet. Don't force it. It will happen naturally when the time is right.

the word love is commitment,are you ready.making out leads up to other things you are not ready for.talk with your parents.making out is kissing touching and the boy wanting more but wait a minuet i see an awful lot young ladies with babies so i guess they wanted more in the mood of passion.focus on a really good education you have the rest of your life for that stuff.

either do it, or dont. just dont worry about it, if your old enough to be making out, you will know when a good time is, and if its the right thing. if you have to ask, then its not time .
