Arthur Dent is my number one favorite. He's the main character in that book "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy", which is by Douglas Adams, who I think is a very good author. I don't know who my second and third favorite Arthurs are.

Vonnegut - I love his dark humor mixed with sci-fi. I feel like I'm going schitzo when i read him.
Ginnsburg - He was a gay, communist beat, that inspired a lot of the counter-culture movement.
Guevarra - Before he was a revolutionary he was a medical studenton his way to a fortune. He gave that up to try and help other people.
