mine has to be all the variations of soft and fluffy Chinese fried rice with toppings: shrimp dumplings, spring rolls, crispy chicken with sweet and tangy sauce, beef spareribs.. mmmmm..

Haha, this is an easy question. I can make a long list here. Anyway, these are my favorite chinese food:
Sweet & Sour Chicken/Pork, Lemon Chicken, Hainanese Chic Rice, Fried Chic Rice, Wonton, BBQ Char Siu, Cabbage Fried Egg, Spring Rolls, Dim Sum, String Bean with Chic, Orange Chic, Tofu/Eggplant + Fish Paste, Sweet & Sour Soup... la la la..and lots more.
And oh yeah, Salted Fish + Chic Fried Rice is really good.

Mine is the whole combo all the way, too! California rolls, sushi rolls (extra wasabi!), bbq pork with hot mustard, chowmein, won ton soup, egg rolls, chef fried rice... szechuan beef (the crunchy fried kind with the black peppers!) mmmmmmmm. I think I know what I'm having for dinner now!! Thanks!
