A great self-help authoress to read is SARK (yep, that's her name!) and she writes these amazing colourful books with drawings and all handwritten. My favourite is 'Succulent Wild Woman'. It's very inspiring stuff and fun to read too.

It depends on what you think your main problem/need for help is. The one that may help you determine that is "Working Smart". I don't know the author. It may not be in print anymore. It showed me how to organize myself to think about what I wanted to achieve, determine what priority I put on the achievement and how to plan to get there.

I found it helped a lot. I should re-read it.

Someone once recommended " the dance of Anger" or something like that....
It just irriated me. I hate self help books.
