Avoid fried foods, cut down on meat, and chicken, unless its skinned. Eat salads, better if they are mixed with other vegetables.
Best to excercise, something simple, like walking, swimming, or skipping rope. Any excercise that makes your heart pump faster and makes you sweat, is good. Just don't over do it.
As to tighening up your tummy muscles, lay on your back, raise your legs, about forty five degrees, hold them there, until you feel it ,then lower them to the floor. Hands under your butt, works best.
Repeat as much as you can, without overdoing it. If it starts to hurt, stop. You can slowly build up, your leg lifts, you will feel the difference.

I am doing the slim fast diet. and so far i have lost 6lbs.. do ab crunches to tighten the tummy. And walk and drink lots of water. Maybe once a week have a pop.

Try eating melons/watermelons as your basic meals for at least a week. And of course, it's not healthy. =P
When I did this stuff a couple of years ago, I lost 5 lbs in just 3 days.

im a mens health expert but women like to try it . do 100 crunches and 100 push ups a day. wheat pasta just NO junk food at all

sit ups, body conditioning classes, kickboxing, swim, push ups, dance, go to the gym and get a brochure. I reccomend 24 hour super fitness centers classes.

get on a good healthy diet, and exercise
remember you have to burn off more calories than you eat to lose weight
if you drink alcohol, drink only vodka straight
