I'd say that I'm really active and healthy. I play football (soccer) around 4 days a week for several hours and I also train martials arts and do alot of jogging.

For 50 I am pretty active. I bike ride, climb trees with my sons, swim, scuba, walk. And I have 5 grandsons.

I swim for 2 1/2 hours a day 5 days a week and 2 hours on sat. Next week I'm going to start weight training for an hour 3 days a week and run 2 days a week

I figure skate for about 2 hours 3 days a week, I dance about 7 hours a week, I jog 2 miles every other day and then weight training every other day and somethimes pilates cause its really good for your core muscles

Wow! Good for you! I just jog 6 or 7 miles a day (except for Sunday). At work I move around a lot too.

I walk 5 miles a day and also do half an hour of weighs and ab work.

yes i feel i am active i also do martial arts sometI'mes run after a toddler and im also very active at work running up and down stairs
