its just like that when you looks around in my town (chelmsford) ,seems to be every white stick to thier own and there is no desire to look out . honstly ,i have tried many times in da club, in univ and even in the centre but it turned into disappointment for me . big smile , sense of humuor always faced with the opposite reaction . Is it could be the way i react with them , because i know despite being friendly ,good looking but i have got that personality which gets me act in aserious way when talk . i dont know ,whehter that could be the lack of tendency to be invloved in mixed relationship at this town or it could be the way i act with them (but its not just me , most of the black down the street not involved in this kind of relationship) however its everywhere in the capital london where you could see the mixed relationship every where .

because mixed marriages rarely work. the adults might be happy but neither side wants the kids. In any case, there's an element of wanting to preserve the culture of the country. If enough people go for mixed marriages, we'll eventually have no black or white people left, just a medium brown race. Better to keep the gene pools separate.

well i think you have just discovered the UK class thing. most Londoners or city folk anywhere in the UK do mixed relationships however i think a place like chelmsford you will find they were brought up slightly differently and tend to stick to what their peers expect of them. also a lot of white UK people that would have a mixed relationship will only have a relationship with Afro Caribbean ,Chinese , Japanese but not Asian blacks(india or pakistan) never sure why that is but thats how it is

Round near me each sticks to their own colour. You probably get stared at if your black and have a white girlfriend.

Thats just the way it is no idea why.

if you come to thurrock in essex (man, i almost dont wanna tell you) but every 2nd couple you see here is mixed!! I'm mixed (but from south africa, asian/french/english!!!)
its like a fashion here where i live, like some hot sort of commodity or lifestyle...i dunno, its almost odd. i always feel though that people should be allowed to do what makes them happy as far as relationships are concerned. i'm in a mixed marriage myself!

It's the same everywhere. The further you get from a big city, the less inter-racial dating you will encounter.
