Keep them totally separated. It'll take him a while to calm down, but he will if he can't see her. He won't be himself again until she's out of heat. You might also have to be careful he doesn't start marking territory in the house while she's in heat.

Once her heat is over or when she will not longer stand for him he will calm down some.
Some males are never quite the same after you breed them. Some become high strung and a little tempermental for the rest of thier lives.

You chose to use your dog as a stud, what do you expect??? He will likely calm down some after they are seperated. But he will never be the same, he would have remained a much nicer pet if you had never used him.

KEEP THIM APART MY DOGS DO IT TO PUT ONE IN ONE ROOM AND THE OTHER ONE SOME OTHER ROOM!! EVEN WHEN THEY SLEEP THEN IF YOU MUST HAVE THIM TOGETHER THIN HAVE ONE ON A LEASH ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND ONE ON THE OTHER! AND WHEN THEY GO OUT SIDE TAKE ONE ON A LEASH AT A TIME EVEN IN THE BACKYARD!! SO HE OR SHE WONT FREEK OUT!!!!
