Deportation records are not made public. They are only available to people who have a legal need to know. DHS would have been the engine of the deportation, and they will have the record. They will disclose it to you for a good reason.

If you want to know "where a person was deported to" but you already know that he was sent to Panama, your question is very puzzling.

The only means to obtain those records is by filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with USCIS. They take about 6 to 12 months to issue and oftentimes the records are redacted to keep government information classified. Unfortunately, immigration files are sealed and you cannot obtain them without a FOIA. Also, the records are with the federal government, not the state of Connecticut.

Good luck

if there were more deportations it is because there are more illegals coming into this country. Obama is very serious about immigration, he won't be satisfied until there are 300 million illegal aliens in this country, I love how everyone says there are 11 million now when the number is over 41 million and counting. it is up to the states how many they want in their area, not the federal govt. the federal govt is supposed to enforce that law not tell the states what they should do. give them your job if you want but they're not taking mine.
