I need to lose 10 lbs. by the month of october. what is the healthiest and safest way to do this. what is a good diet plan to start

Calorie monitoring and exercise are the best ways to do it. Depending on what you weigh now, you can figure out how many calories your body burns a day just to survive. (if you are 200 pounds times it by 10 and a rough estimate would be that your body would burn 2000 calories a day).

So whatever yours is, cut your calorie intake by 500 calories a day. By the end of a week you will have lost one pound (one pound is the equivalent of 3500 cals). If you add some exercise on there and are burning another 500 calories a day that way, you will lose 2 pounds.

Its a pain, but really is effective if you follow it pretty closely.

Exercise and watch carb intake and drinks a least 8 8 oz. of water a day.

low carb, high protein. Cut sodas, processed sugars, and exercise. You may lose more than 10 lbs. if you do that.

well i lost 23lbs in 2 months by working out,eating good and watching my calorie intake and drink lots of water and that helped me out good

eat in moderation and smaller portions, cut soda, sweets, and excersise with fun activitys like dance, pilates, yoga, kickboxing, an swim
