It's more likely to give you palpitations.

Both my brother (then 26) and a young chap I worked with (early 20s) experienced irregular heart rhythms and went to their GPs.

In both cases, after being referred to a specialist, it was put down to Red Bull (in my brother's case, mixed with vodka). My brother's cardiologist said he was seeing this more and more in young men.

It's dangerous stuff. Steer clear.
