NO it doesn't unless the lolly is sugar free, sugar is the main ingredient the fat needs to bond with other cells keeping the fat with you. All though it way stave your appetite it will not make you lose any weight.

I'm not sure but maybe sugarless ones!?? They have one called Power-pops they'll curb your appetite. The main ingredient is Hoodia, a plant from South Africa.
