The part where you beg for 2 hours

Really smart guys understand that foreplay begins the minute they wake up in the morning if they want to have sex that night. A kiss goodbye, a phone call to say "I miss you" during the day, a hug while dinner is being prepared, cuddling up on the couch to watch a movie ... all of this stuff leads to putting a woman in the mood more than you know. If you ignore her like she doesn't exist all day and then 15 minutes before the deed you just want to get sweaty all over her to try to get her in the mood, that's kind of lame and lazy, and it's no wonder so many women think they've lost their sex drive.

Depends on the people involved.

Sometimes, foreplay can be simply kissing and hugging each other. Sometimes, it has to be a bit more, like titillation of the breasts. Or, it could be oral fixation on the clitoral region.

As you can see, I'm trying to make it safe and understandable at the same time. I hope it's working.

In essence, try to find out what your partner wants, then do it.

Anything that leads up to sex. For some people, it might mean a back rub; for others, it might mean slow touching around the "fun spots" without touching them(almost as teasing); or it could mean oral sex. It's basically whatever helps you or your partner get in the mood.

(best done in either partner's place) you start with a "sensual" dinner (aphrodisiac food from appetizer to dessert, by candlelight, with soft & sexy music), very casual, naughty conversation, a bit of caressing of the hands, rubbbing of the legs perhaps, sensual looks... as you get to the bedroom (or living room), slowly undress each other, lots of light kissing (various parts of body), touching, moving on to passionate kissing and heavier caresses... then move on to the... you know... hope you're 18 years old or older.

It depends on the person. Talking in a playful sexual manner, kissing. Grinding anything that turnes you both on without doing the do

Fore in foreplay means before, so it is before you play with your Michael Jackson doll.
