Look for the books of the Apocrypha. I think i messed up the spelling but there are other books that were considered for the bible. Some talk about the life of Jesus between 18 and 30. that's all to be said it is up to you as to weather you believe what they say.

Some people think that during that time Jesus was in India as the Buddha and came back to Jerusalem when he was about 30.

The Bible doesn't give us many details about Jesus' boyhood—although there isn't any reason to think He didn't run and play like other boys His age. The Bible simply says that as a boy "Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men" (Luke 2:52). Those words indicate that even as a young boy Jesus knew He was unique, and was set apart by God for a special mission.
The only glimpse the Bible gives us of Jesus' boyhood years confirms this. Mary and Joseph were devout people, and every year they journeyed to Jerusalem to celebrate one of the major religious feasts. Jesus always went with them—but once, when He was 12, He got separated from them, and they only found Him several days later.
Where was He? They found Him in the Temple, surrounded by religious teachers and scholars and "listening to them and asking them questions. Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers" (Luke 2:46-47). Afterward He told Mary and Joseph, "Didn't you know I had to be in my Father's house?" (Luke 2:49). He already knew that God was His Father and He was God's Son, sent from heaven to save us from our sins.
The most important truth about Jesus, however, is this: He grew up and willingly went to the cross for us. He loves us that much! Have you responded to His love by giving your life to Him?

He read the old testament and thought, "Wow, these people will believe anything! If I pretend to be this prophecied saviour I could make a fortune. Do a few magic tricks and bob's your uncle." Sort of early David Blaine.

He went to India to study Buddhism, Hinduism, and preachings for love and peace. Countries around him wrote about him but with different names. You can find a book called "The Missing Years of Jesus Christ" if you want but it's not entirely correct.

His father Joseph died and he had many little brothers and sisters. to care for.
This afforded him an opportunity to see what it would be like to be a father. he suported his mother and turned the whole family over to John when he knew he was to die.
The older ones where old enough by this time to help care for the others. While on earth he needed to experience losing someone close to him. Being a parent without actually having a child.
Having a family to care for. And he worked hard as a carpender.
He found out what it was like for a man to work and support a family. then he found out what it was like to suffer and die.

The Bible is strangely silent about His life after His birth and and then starts back up again after His first miracle.
But it does say He grew in stature and in wisdom.
