When somebody posts a question, but it's riddled with typos and bad grammar that you can barely understand the question?

Only when they are questioning someone else's intelligence. Like the ones who say all Americans are morons, or even the ones who bash Bush for being stupid, yet they can't spell "your" or "you're" or whatever.

If it's someone who's asking a real question, and the grammar or spelling is bad, it might just be a kid or someone whose first language is not English. Then I don't really mind.

Not really. Most questions can be understood, and if they can't and I happen to be browsing the category I sometimes respond by asking if they could explain the question a little more clearly so they can get some better answers. People make mistakes for all kinds of reasons. Life is too short and precious to be annoyed by something like that.

Sometimes; but for some people English is not their first language. Mistakes are opportunities to learn.

It would be useful if they used the check spelling button before hitting the preview button....

No, contrary to popular belief - the whole world does not speak English. What you see in the movies are not true... Most people speak English as a second or third language. So please be tolerant. The whole world is not the same as you.

Yes, it does. Everyone makes silly mistakes but some of these people have no business attempting to ask or answer!

Kind of, but I take into consideration that some people haven't had as good schooling as I have, and they may not have taken grammer seriously where they were taught.

I certainy does...Sometimes I spend more time trying to decode the question that I do thinking up an answer. Sometimes I am forced to give it up.
