All old people have cancers, especially skin cancers.

You don't have to worry about the really tiny cancers that doctors can't see anyway unless they dissect you down to the cellular level. But when a tiny cancer becomes large enough to form a lump or a sore, then the doctor can remove it. Don't wait until it becomes a huge tumor.

However, the older you get the weaker you get and the more cancers you have, so it's not possible to live forever no matter how many doctors you visit.

Usually by the time someone starts exhibiting symptoms of cancer...sometimes even the lump itself it is too late. If she has a lump or lumps please tell her to get a check up.

You could ask a doctor

He would do what is called a "biopsy" of the tissue that he believes might be cancerous.
