the most healthy drink (even more than water), is freshly squozen (that means like 5 seconds ago), organic (organic is always better and always has more nutrients then conventional) juice; homegrown and tree (or bush) ripened would be even better. conventional is better than nothing but organic always tastes better and is more nutritional.
most store bought juices are not as good as the ones you squeeze yourself. the reason being that most of them are pasturized and/or homogenized; which isn't good. while pasterusing and homogenizing make the juice last longer and kill anything living it also kills alot of the enzymes that help your body absorb the nutrients, thus making it not as nutritional as home squozen.
I highly recommend juicing to anyone who wants to lose weight, to fight cancer, or just generaly better health.
hope this info helps,

Natural fruit juice would probably be the best. (Though it depends on what you consider "healthy").
Milk, while high in calcium and vitamin D, is also high in fat. Tea has been shown to contain helpful antioxidants, but these do not compare to the vitamin-rich fruit juice in terms of sheer quantity of beneficial vitamins.
I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for though. You said what is the healthiest drink besides water. Water is healthy because it hydrates you (obviously) without any added calories/sugar. If this is your criteria, tea is probably best, as it contains no calories.

Natural, fresh fruit juice and soy milk, but that's just an educated guess.
