No, and they don't in high school, either.
They encourage you to in Middle School, to practice good hygeine. In high school, they could care less, because there's always someone who smeels worse than you (no kidding).
But they do not, and they can not, force you to take showers.

I think you mean do you have to take showers after PE. I hope you take showers in the morning. But no. You do not have to take showers in the locker room. If you have the need to clean yourself they will let you wear swim trunks. You'll be set with some deodarant though. But don't use the tag or axe stuff. Chicks hate it! I know.

Unless your school is a very old one, you probably have showers to use after a gym class. It's really great to be able to wash the sweat off before you go to your next class. Sitting around in damp, stinky clothes all day isn't much fun.

If you don't take a shower the entire time you are in middle school, you may smell a litte until you reach high school!

You aren't allowed to take showers in my middle school, no matter how bad you need one. They use the old showers for storage.

I would think you would want to in order to not stink up the place after sports and p.e. I went to school with 2 kids that had the worst body odor that one day we had to give him a shower he stunk so bad after p.e. We never had to do that again, thankfully.

no when u are in gym..i didnt take a shower..becuz i dont like taking showers my self..i get dressed int the bathroom....THEY CANT MAKE U TAKE A SHOWER......just bring some deorderant good smelling lotion!!

They have showers in my daughter's middle school but they don't use them. They use it for storage...go figure!

I didn't have to. They are there in case you would like to take one because it makes you feel more clean. Most people usually don't though.
