Like McDonald's, Burger King, Jack in the Box, Wendy's and Carl's Jr., are Judaism, Christianity, and Islam different franchises of a profitable business? In the case of the former, the business is selling burgers. In the case of the later, is the business selling influence? Do these religions enable ideological authorities in leadership positions sell their influence over communities of faithful believers to a mercenary plutocratic predatory few that prey upon the many of our global culture? Is selling influence for profit what these religions have in common? If you agree, then what do you propose should be done about this, if anything? Is it harmless or are communities of faithful believers lead by influence peddlers helping to lead the global culture as a whole to run a race to Armageddon orchestrated by a mercenary plutocratic predatory few that seek to generate greater profits from the sale and manufacture of the products and services of a beast of a military industrial complex?
