Good questions...
1 == Well, judaism began with the jewish nation which was taken out of egypt. However, one might consider abraham the founder, and he moved about a bit.
2 == Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Joshua, David, Solomon, etc. ("OT" figures)... Talmudic Sages like rabbi akiva (looking for anything in particular?)
3 == http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judaism#Religious_doctrine_and_Principles_of_Faith
4 == see above as well
5 -- "OT" and talmud are the basics. There are thousands of books of commentary and other topics though as well. For a beginner, I'd recommend "OT" with the commentary of rashi.
6 == Lots of stuff. Some common ones include daily attendane to synagouge and keeping the sabbath.
7 == Lots of stuff. again, all based on the torah.

This question is rather vague. If you'd like better answers, please be more specific.

Judaism began at the National Relevation at Mount Sinai. Though all descended from Abraham, Issac and Jacob, the were technically Hebrews, not Jews (Yehudim). This relevation at Mount Sinai in the desert took place in year 2448 of the Jewish calendar.
This year is 5766.
The Exodus from Egypt occurred 50 days prior.
40 years later, 2488, the Jews entered Israel for the first time.
Central belief in One God. A loving God.
There are 613 commandments. Really way to much to write about.
