every day i have white people making racial comments to me . the make comment like you are a moron or call me a idiot . my boss has even said he would fire me for talking . if i was white i could use the freedom of speech thing and he could not tALK TO ME LIKE THAT.

Because we are tired of SO many of them sneeking in here and corrupting the U.S. We are tired of it. And we are especially tired of how they wreck the school system with their so-called "free lunches,"and their "free school supplies"
Us white people pay for everything even if we are as poor as you. Were tired of hispanics walking all over us, and working the damn system. Were tired of them being pampered by the government.

A majority of Americans dislike Hispanics because they feel inferior by their presence. First of all, you do not have to take this treatment from your co-workers or supervisor. You can file a grievance or file a complaint with E.E.O. Your co-workers are creating a hostile work environment and that is not and should not be tolerated in a work environment, it doesn't matter if you are legal or not. You also need to document every time you are being treated in this manner, (times,dates, etc.) You also need to contact a Latin organization such as LULAC or Maldef (Mexican American Legal defense) to help you in this situation if it continues. If you do not say or do anything about this situation, then you are only allowing these ignorant people to treat you this way. The best way to defend yourself is to get an education and learn your rights under the law. If you are here illegally, then your boss can be in serious trouble for hiring illegals, and i 'm sure he doesn't want the Federal gov't on his back for hiring illegals. REGARDLESS, Legal or Illegal, you have human rights and you shouldn't let anyone treat you badly. Stand up for yourself. Viva La Raza!

if your here illegally then get the hell out !! white or black yellow it don't matter , what does matter is weather you you abide by our laws if you are not legally here then first you've broken our laws and are not respecting our rules so why should you be respected ?????? this applies to all illegals no matter were you come from its not a race thing !! just a fact there are more illegals from Mexico then from any were else so if you don't like being treated like crap go back and fix the country you came from if you all did that Mexico would be a much better place to live but no you'd rather leave it a corrupt waste of a nation so sad seeing that Mexico has more natural resources then the USA or Canada put together !

Everybody in the US has the"freedom of speech" thing. Your boss has no right to harass you, that's a human resources issue and you should report his actions to that department. If you are undocumented, the company could be in trouble for hiring you.

yeah, but if you were white, you wouldn't get free health care, free translators, free food. You'd have to register your car and get REAL license. You'd have to pay taxes. You'd get arressted AND charged for any crime you did.

1. you have the right to freedom of speech anyway. being white won't stop it, I've heard alot of things said to whites
2. americans don't hate hispanics. some do, but not enough to lump them in with all of america
3. sorry for your experiences with racism. every day I have people shout things at me. I just ignore them. racists will be racists and there is little I can do to or for them.

However hard it is, keep your patience and keep your dignity and know that all kinds of people all over the world are discriminated against for one thing or another.
Even Anthony Quinn and Bruce Lee had to put up with a lot of discrimination. One reason they were succesful ( and much loved) is because they kept their patience and dignity.

hate is a big word, I'm American. i don't hate Hispanics or any other nationality. i hate the fact you bring you *** over here for a better life. first thing you do is get on welfare and stay on it. that's what i hate. and there is no changing my views either.
