Those sins that we commit most frequently are a humble reminder of our humanness. Paul complaint about his "thorn in the flesh" is being relived in you.
Do not lose hope, but strive daily for the true way.
In each day strive to learn a new truth about God, seek knowledge, and as Christ died for you so offer your body as a living sacrifice, and remember that the world God has created is good, therefore, relish everything that is beautiful in it.
Do not expect your "frequent sins" to go away easily, but do not let it prevent you from receiving the blessings God has intended for you.

There is nothing you can do without prayer. There is nothing you can do without God. You can not get help from anyone including a stranger without first asking? And you need to pray. You have been given the opportunity to have a conversation with the creator of all don't pass it off as a job or something that is a headache or something that can't work. You need to realize that you are in a spiritual battle. Good against evil. Pray for release from your cage. Everday every time. Seek the Lord. James 4:7Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Find strength in the word of God get a bible and seek him read a passage pray for direction ask the lord to fight this battle for you. You are mortal how can you expect to fight a demon? Get that supernatural power that is in Christ.

I am working on two of my weaknesses. I have been working on these for a long time. I am getting better. I want to work on a third sin or weakness but I know that it would be too much. When I have these two "under my feet' as the Bible says I will work on another.
God has given me victory over smoking and drinking. Now I am working on overeating and relationship issues. Smoking: 20 years .. . . Drinking: 5 years. On the weight: I have lost 28 lbs. . . have 15 to go. Relationships are a tough one. I'm in Counseling. It's a lot of work.
The one I'm not working on is housework. I'm not very good at it. But I think God wants me to focus on what I can handle. When I,ve lost that last 15 lbs. and am doing better in my relationships I will be able to take on being better at housework.

There is a 65 year old Jew praying daily for 35 years at the wailing wall in Jerusalem. He was asked what is he praying for. He said, "For Peace in the world." and "what's it like to you?" he replied, "Like I am talking to a stone wall."
Actually if for 35 years he talked to one person a day and promise each other to make peace with one another, he alone could have recruited 12,775 peace maker in his place. Imagine that 12,775 persons doing the same thing for 35 years, how many people would you think could they be? Prayer without action is a dead prayer.

Fight yourself. When ever tempation arises, say a silent prayer then and there, don't wait until later, and just keep remebering your commitment.
I think it was Paul (in the Bible) who also had this same problem. Check out Romans chapter 7 starting with vs 8. You're not alone.

If you live by the Spirit, you'll not fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Galatians 5:16)
Temptation of any kind is rough, get into bible-based church, get on a closer walk w/ God by learning more about being saved and even being baptised. God Bless

There is no other way better than prayer.
Select proper prayers relating to forgiveness, spirituality, assistance, and meditate after praying until you are inspired with more spiritual strength and concrete solutions. Then act based on those solutions.

Any help that "God" can give you is just a figment of your imagination. There is no God. Just learn to make your self more strong willed. Whatever that you are doing that yhou aren't proud of, just STOP. If you can't stop then you are a very weak person.

I'd recommend this book, "THE IMITATION OF CHRIST" by Thomas à Kempis
Just trust in Christ even when you have sinned. And one more thing, BE PATIENT... Dont worry
Link to that book:http://www.leaderu.com/cyber/books/imitation/imitation.html
Good Luck, and God Bless
