well first off if you like the name then keep it. your little girl may not be able to say it now but she will some day. just let her pronounce it the way she does now. maybe you can find a cute nickname in what your little girl says when trying to say the name. maybe you could use the nickname Kat for Katherine Elliana.

If you do not want to shorten her name, I suggest you use the name that you want. Your daughter will grow and develop a greater command of words as i am sure you know. I'd hate to to think a child would be branded with a babyish, qaint name because a very young sibling couldn't pronounce it even before baby was born.
My opinion is that you will be doing your 3yo a favour by teaching her to use proper names, and not simplifying names just because she cannot pronounce them right now. It's your job as a parent to teach her social norms, and how to cope in the world, and I'm sure you're doing a wonderful job with so many children! But simplifying everything, even names, just because she cannot do it yet, sets her up for a false expectation of social norms. There willl be things that she has to learn, and work at in order to get right... do you allow her to simply names of friends and family or even strangers just so she can say the words?
Good luck, and congratulations

I chose Zeke for my dog. As some people may remember the show Zoids, it was the name of one of the organoids. I loved the mentality and the character of Zeke and being a younger kid at the time it made a good impression. I also had another dog named Aoatea (ao AH teh ah). After a trip to New Zealand I became interested in Maori language and came across the name as I was looking for a dog. It translates to "Dawn"

I love the name you picked out! Very elegant and classic. Don't change the name because your toddler can't pronounce it well. She'll get it right before long, she's only three. For a while she might just want to call her little sister "baby" or "sissy".

Your three year old will probably come up with a cuter name than you can think of.
At our house because of kids unable to pronounce
Daniel is now Dejol
and
Christopher is now Keeker
Can't wait to hear what your little one will come up with!
Good luck and congrats!!
