Yes, it does sound like you are talking about fried rice.
It is fairly easy to do, I make a variation of what my mum does and my wife enjoys it whenever I make it.
But here are some basic ingredients that I use:
3 cups plain white rice
1 package of bacon
3 or 4 green onions
4 eggs
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of chopped garlic
You will also need a wok or a large pan to cook in. First cook up the rice, if you have a rice cooker then use that, if not, then follow the directions on the bag of rice you bought. While that's motoring along, you can start cooking the bacon on a medium to medium high heat.
When the bacon is not quite crispy turn the heat to low, spoon out or pour out the bacon grease leaving about two tablespoons in. Throw in the garlic and let it cook with the bacon on low heat.
Beat the eggs and finely chop up the green onions.
Once you have the eggs beaten, using another skillet, either scramble the eggs or make an omelet out of it.
Now the fun part! Add your rice to the bacon, stirring that around for a few minutes to get the rice coated with the bacon and garlic mix. Next, put your scrambled or omelet eggs in, and stir that around breaking up into nice sized chunks.
Stir that around in there for a bit and then add your 1/2 cup of soy sauce along with the chopped green onions.
Give that about five or ten minutes and you're ready to eat.
Hope that answers your question. :)

i ask your self what a japanse is. i've got not at all been to a eastern eating place and not in any respect heard of whie OR white sauce on rice. What does it flavor of? Coconut? Garlic? Cheese? Is it like usa gravy, it incredibly is flour, Francis Bacon or sausge fat, water, pepper, and often cumin? that's greater effectual with hashbrowns than with water biscuits, and can be good with rice. chinese language buffets have the brown sauce next to the rice and egg foo youthful. that's enormously plenty an onion-garlic gravy made with chicken inventory and starch, soy sauce extra to flavor.

Japanese rice does not use white sauce.
It sounds like you are talking about fried rice. The brown stuff is probably just soy sauce used. You mix it in as you fry. The egg is a beaten egg.
