I mean not for every meal... but u no for snacks. Do they work?

They are okay if you are doing alot of physical effort. They are very high in carbs, so unless you are using them for a snack in the middle of a long bicycle trip, they are probably not what you are looking for. You wouldn't want to snack on them during the day at your desk job. Their intended use is quick energy. The taste is variable depending on the flavor. I wouldn't say that they are nasty, some of them are quite tasty - if you like taffy. All of them are somewhat like taffy and tend to get stuck in my teeth.

they have quite alot of vitamans and such like a 100% bitamin e thimin roboflavin niacin bitamin b6 pantothenic acid, and other vitamans but they taste nasty!!
