What wrong with her. She has gone and got test run and she wont tell anyone what wrong. Someone please help me

tell her Welcome to the club. It's not to worry time...worry when she cannot remember what a key is, as opposed to where it is.
It's pretty normal after 58 years of experience knowing what you ate for breakfast last Thursday is not important.

Sounds like it's Dementia of the Alzheimer's Type. It could also be memory loss due to organic origins, such as a stroke or Transient Ischemic Attacks. Consult a neurologist.

could be several things from a bump on the head to some ting serious like altimeters consult a specialist for a in depth clear answer

Try talking to her doctor, explain you are her granddaughter and want to help her. explain the situation, that she won't tell any one. However be prepared for anything he might tell you. Good Luck
