at LEAST (but not limited to) 105 lbs. this is the ideal body weight we use at hospitals. we calculate it by adding 5 lbs per inch, and start with 100lbs for a 5"0 patient. -- this is for among the females. for males, it's 7lbs per inch.

hey. i just visited a doctor recently.. and we started talking about healthy weights and everything.. she said that if your 5 feet tall... 100 pounds or around there is a good weight for you.. every inch after that you add 5 pounds. so since you are 5'1 your weight should be some where around105 pounds. so i guess the answer to you question is yes. but then again.. it matter about your bones, how much muscle you have, and genetics.

Well there is a range of weights that would be acceptable for your height. It's not just one weight fits all.
The range of healthy weights for your height are between 100lb and 130lb, with the ideal being around 105lb and 120lb. HTH.

There is no single weight, because people are not all the same: some have larger bones and some have more muscle mass, etc.
Check this chart:

It will tell you that anywhere from 105 to 120 is OK.

the average weight is about 130-140 okay... so if you are more than 106, that's good!! that means you're not anerexic!!!
