During gay sex - define gay, define sex.
Surely all this depends on what type of sex they are engaging in, as well as a number of other factors – I would say 'Well, who gets more satisfaction during straight sex?' but unfortunately due to biology accompanied by ignorance and social attitude we all know the answer to that so the example hardly works. Really though, it's not the smartest of questions, there is no universal answer as to who gets the most satisfaction out of a sexual act between two people.

The person who articulates their needs better, and therefore gets them met. Same as in any other sex.
