Keepin hydrated is very important because the amount of water in your body determines the rate of bloodflow. This in turn determines the rate of nutrients carried by the blood reaching the organs and tissues in your body. Too little water, and your blood becomes sludgy. Otherwise healthy people who are severely dehydrated can have heart problems because of this.
Yes, it is possible to drink too much water. This sometimes happens to extreme athletes. It washes out the sodium in the body which can lead to an acute sodium deficiency. That's why drinks like gatorade are better for exercising than plain water.

Drink too much water- you lose electrolytes (which you don't need to lose). I don't think it's possible to make your bladder explode- and I would not advise trying to make yours explode either!
Don't drink enough water and you will be dehydrated. Your body will not be able to get rid of all the toxins and nitrogenous wastes through urination and sweating because both processes require water. The nitrogenous wastes turn your pee yellow. Sweating cools the body off- if you don't drink enough water, you risk getting too hot.
Dehydration is serious. You have to go to the hospital and recieve IV fluids until you are better.

Well water helps with digestion and makes elimination easier.
It hydrates your body
It keeps your body cool
it removes toxins
it keeps your complexion clear and soft
It keeps your organs clean
It is very refreshing and quenches your thirst on a hot day better than soda and juices.
You can drink too much water by depleting your body of vital minerals and salts by over hydrating so just drink like 6 to 8 8 ounce glasses of water a day.

I saw a special on how to beat the heat and drink water. On this show they said that it's possible to drink too much water and become very sick. I forgot what they called it. Memory doesn't work as well as it used to.

People are 60-70% water. Water helps nutrients travel throughout our bodies efficiently. Too much water is bad and can cause hypoatremia, or severe dilution of electrolytes in your body. These articles explain much more. Be healthy! Just make sure your pee isnt dark yellow and you should be fine. Take care.

Water flushes your body. One can servive for few days without food but not without water. Over 90% of our body is made up of water.
However drinking too much water is not good. Especially just after your meals, because it dilutes your digestive juices and gastric acid and it could cause indigestion.
An average adult person could drink approximately 3-4 liters of water everyday.

Our bodies are 70% water. We need it to keep our blood flowing and to keep all of the organs operating.
Yes, it is possible to have too much. It's actually possible to kill yourself by drinking too much water (huge number).

you can risk dehydration -- your blood pressure will go down. and when your blood pressure is down, blood is not distributed all througout the body, therefore there maybe some organs who will lack blood flow and may shut down.
too much water can be dangerous too because this can dilute your blood. but im talking about waaaaaaaay too much water than anybody can handle. don't worry about drinking too much, because you have to drink way much more for this to happen.
