First, fat does not "melt" away...you must metabolize it. This sounds like one of thousands of gimicks so common to the weight-loss industry. You can eat, but it has to be good food (meat, vegetables, fruit, dairy products, etc.). You can eat your way skinny with Twinkies and doughnuts. You also need to workout. Weights are the best along with cardio exercise. The hard part is that it takes time to meet your goals. It is a lifestyle, not a fad that really works.

you eat food that gives you energy then you cheat on your mate and bang some other person then go back home and make your mate feel good and then never tell them about you cheating its an amazing system never tried it though
