Nimesulide (Mesulid) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used in rheumatological conditions (arthritis, bursitis, enthesitis) like ibuprofen

Apparently it is a good anti-inflammatory medication. It seems to have even helped someone's sinusitis! :)

I have never prescribed it.
