Food rich in vitamin C, E, A and D. Bee pollen is extremely good and it comes from a natural source. Evening primrose oil is also another good natural food for a youthful looking skin. Patcholi which is an essential oil tones and tightens the skin to prevent sagging after wight loss. But remember just consuming good food is not enough for a good skin..........Smoking ,too much alcohol and stress can have an adverse effect. One last suggestion........a good skin care routine is very beneficial as well.

I think the only way surgery would be necessary would be if she was losing like 4 or 5 hundred pounds. With normal weight loss she should do toning exercises (these tone the skin and muscles to create that hot look ;) ), ballet is good as are pilates. Foods? I'm not certain, maybe she should consult a nutritionist? Oh! And tell her congrats on her weight loss!
