Because it's a safe place where a person doesn't have to be seen. One's identity is protected. A person can ask questions, make comments, and not fear judgment from friends and/or family. It's possible to open up and reveal one's inner thoughts without having to undergo criticism from those one knows.

WHY NOT??? lol i mean seriously! conversation is just conversation. what is the difference in that and talking about it with a group of guys (or girls) u just met?? its just a way of sharing thoughts and ideas.. i dont so much mean that about the sex than well... the conversation lol
