Well before you ask her out, make sure you're getting a good positive vibe from her.
Flirt with her and see if she responds...if you see the green light..proceed.
Ask her: Would you like to get a coffee sometime? (casual and always works!)

Ask her if she would like to go on a walk in the park, beach something to that effect and maybe have an ice cream or a coffee/tea/hot chocolate, and she what she says. If she says she is busy, say the invitation is always open to just let me know when it is best. When you go to meet her bring her flowers, it doesn't have to be roses just a nice bouquet. Good Luck!

I am sure she will be yours! I really do. just have the patience. and there is always plenty of fish in the pond. But I know your feelings for her. But don't think she is the end of the world. I got tired of seeing beautiful women with geeks (as I perceived them). I realized that life was short so WTF. Women love confidence, not arrogance. Beautiful women are intimidating, but are people none the less. My GF is gorgeous and she said she was hardly ever asked out. I was just sick of tired of life and women passing me by because of insecurity, you should do the same.
