I'm 26 yrs old male. And i have a lot of injuries and pains. But there are other people that don't have, seems like it. They walk normally forever, can do exercise even up until they are old, etc etc. Does it mean, these people are too passive and so they never have any risk of injuries? I used to run, so one day i tried something and i hurt my knee. yeah maybe that's why some people don't get injuries, either cause they don't try anything. or they are very well built. like, one of the reasons i get injuries over and over is because i have crooked spine, and uneven leg size. i used to be a active guy, now i limp and i can't move fast. So are some peple just built perfectly since birth?

I think it all depends on your own body and your immune systems. Some people dont get diseases and things until they are old because once they are old the body begins to shut down and the immune system becomes weaker. You and no one person are alike so maybe things that would hurt you might not hurt another person. Umm.. maybe you should be a little more careful when you do your things lol.. your body might not be used to that type of activity. I dont think any one person are built perfectly its just that my body is different from yours and vice versa. Hope this helped!

everyone has problems.

suggestion- get your shoes custom made so that the foot that goes with the shorter leg has a thicker sole. then you will be able to walk normal! (i'm not being mean or joking- i have a friend who did this and it worked for him.)
