Okay so is it possible to lose at least like 10 pounds in a week or two? If so.. How would I go about doing that? I don't mean water weight, I mean fat!

Nope, and any pounds you lose by crash dieting will come back very soon, and they will each bring a friend with them - lose 5, gain 10; loae 10, gain 20. Your metabolism goes into starvation mode, which forces your body to store calories as fat instead of making energy to do things. Stop thinking about weight and just try to build health by eating a balanced (preferably non-meat) diet and getting lots of exercise. Then you'll look good and feel good.

10 lbs of fat in a week? You need to do better planning than that. Maybe if you run 5 miles each day. Obviously you need to reduce calorie intake, still get your protein and vitamins and minerals. Lots of water. You may be hurting physically by the end of the week. Oh yes, your body tends to put weight right back on when you lose it quickly too, (and even with a vengence). My advice is to take the time it takes and stick with it., forget this week thing.

nope. the only thing you prob will lose if you dont exercise is water weight. even crash dieting wont work. Crash dieting is when you restrict your calorie intake. After a person discontinues a crash diet, the "yo-yo effect" is often seen. This causes a person to eat far more than normal, causing them to regain both the weight that was lost due to the diet as well as additional weight. So basically the only way yo lose 10 pounds of straight up fat would be to eat right and exercises

Hi
This plan really works so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Nope. Not possible. I know you've seen Celebrity fit club & shows like that. Well the 400 lb guy that lost 21 lbs last week...that was mostly water weight. It's simply impossible to loose fat in that short of time period. Just be smart about & have patience! Good Luck! And remember...There's always going to be people skinnier that you, but you know...there are always people fatter than you too! Don't dwell on it, it's not worth it!
