I think we probably feel it less. The thing is, female masturbation is a more secretive, taboo (controversial) thing, whereas male masturbation is out in the open. Both guys and girls can easily say things like "wanking off", "jerking off" and so forth about males - but how often do you hear people really openly discuss female masturbation?
These days, girls can usually admit to getting horny, but it's still very rare for them to admit that they need to masturbate, or make any specific reference to how they physically do it. And when things are taboo or secretive, they become sexy. Since male masturbation isn't as taboo or secretive, it definitely isn't perceived as being as sexy. However, some people may find the idea of watching someone masturbate - which *is* taboo and secretive - to be a turn-on, no matter what gender.
I also think that girls may enjoy it with a sexual partner, but if it's watching a guy masturbating in a porn video on online thing, it may create more disgust than arousal, since the sexiness that comes from watching someone masturbate live would be gone.
But every girl is different!

My opinion is no, It is difficult enough to get a man emotional invovled in sex, than you would expect a women to be entertain by such a selfish act? Sorry guys - get involved.
