My guess is God, since he is the 'father', then jesus, then the holy ghost.
Or possibly, all at the same time?

The entire trinity has always been the trinity, so God has always been God. We didn't know any of this until God spoke God's self into the world as Jesus, so in terms of our limitted human experience, God came before Jesus. But in terms of existance, both have always been and will always be.

The almighty creator was always here never was created or born or anything. The supreme being.
Col 1:15 and Rev 3:14 Jesus was created the first of God's creation and by him and thru him all other things was created in heaven and earth.

The Holy Trinity always was, and always will be. God the Father is God; Jesus, the Son is God; the Holy Spirit is God. Separate, but indivisible. The mystery of the Holy Trinity is beyond the grasp of human reasoning, no one can really explain it.

God the Father and his son, and the Holy Spirit all exist as One, which we call the trinity. However, the son, did not exist as Jesus until he was born in human flesh. Then he was named Jesus. Up til that time, he was just 'son of God', existing in spirit form instead of flesh form which he took on when He became a man.
