yea i need to lose 9 pounds before august25 so can you tell me the fastest way to lose weight without pills and stuff like that!!!

eat right...and that doesnt mean eat less...it means eat better foods...you should be eating 6 small meals a day and don't eat after 7 pm...drink a whole lot of water...you're probably not going to lose the 9 pounds by the 25th, but you may lose some weight, especially with a lot of cardio (running, jogging, stair climbing etc. )

here's my plan:

eat half of what you would normally eat
only drink water
no snacks
breakfast,lunch and dinner(no stupid 6 meals or w/e)
hint : try to find a container in your house that is a good meal size(like tupperware or something smaller than a bowl)......only eat out of that so you never eat too much(no seconds!!!!).....also we all need to exercise....here's my exercise plan :

walk 30 minutes every day that you possibly can(if you can't some days then it's okay because you could deal with a few days off anyways.....well....here's all of my exercise plan :

walk 30 minutes
10 minutes of strength training(anything that tones your body;pushups,situps,crunches,leg lifts,etc......)
20 minutes of dancing(I will listen to 5 fast songs that I love and go crazy(I usually come up with a routine for each song or just go crazy and dance fast when I'm hiper...yay!!yay!!.....

Exercise obviously. But this will make your appetite soar, so before eating drink a glass of water. Then eat healthy small portions. Low calorie foods such as watermelon, celery, cucumber...they can help (but eat them plain).

I don't think you should be trying to lose that much weight in that time period. It's not healthy.

Eat right, exercise, drink lots of water, don't eat late, stay AWAY from FAST food, eat lots of Fiber and protein

drink lots of water, and stay away from carbs. EXERCISE daily (but make sure you've got the nutrients in your body, from fruits and veggies, to do that).
