My girl is soo superfine, BUT (she like many women) eats, does not exercise, and then complains. How do I motivate her to exercise so she won;t drastically lose her shape, especially when I exercise myself on a regular basis already?

Ah. This is very important. Well it depends on where she is right now but if you two live together, you need to just change her actions WITH her. Key word is with. So, if you two grocery shop, discourage the fatty foods, and encourage healthy foods- fill the basket up wth alot of fruit/veggies. If its in the house she's more likely to eat those rather than chips and bagels. Than suggest activities TOGETHER that are active- ask her to go on a walk after dinner, suggest a hike on the weekend- start early than take her to have HEALTHY SANDWICHES- order for her at resturants sometimes, tell her you know this great dish and make it a healthy one. And if she is really dfensive or unwilling to accept these VERY discreet changes of behavior- you need to sit her down and talk to her RIGHT NOW- it might hurt her feelings, she might be defensive but tell her you're concerned about her health- sure, right now she's superfine. Imagine when you come home to a fat slob who's sat on the couch all day watching Days of Our Lives. You won't be happy- there needs to be attraction to continue a relationship- that includes physical attraction.
And as for the many women comment- its not everyone- its her personality- and if thats not something you can be happy with forever (copmlains, doesn't take care of herself) it will tire at some point. I work out. I try to eat healthy. And if my man told me "hey, looks like you're gaining a little weight." I would WANT TO KNOW! I care about how I look and feel and... no one likes being a fat slob that can't walk a mile without breathing hard, ya know?? Good luck. And hopefully she'll just be receptive to the little suggestions and you won't have to talk to her- remember, if you have to sit her down about EVERY LITTLE THING you'll have a hard marriage, she needs to be open to your suggestions... this might be bigger than weight.

The couple that exercises together usually stays together. But if you feel this way before the marriage, you might need to rethink your proposal.

Tell her you want to be the hottest couple among everybody you know. Tell her that you want both of you to look healthy and sexy together. That should get her going, or so I hope. Good luck!
