I out-bench-pressed a guy yesterday, and it made me feel pretty good. I've got some great tone in my arms. No jiggly arm fat!
I might not be a skinny-mini, but my limbs aren't toothpicks -- they're quite muscular. Anyway, I show off my biceps (and my triceps 'cause they're hot, too) by wearing a lot of sleeveless blouses and tank-tops.
I think I'll drop and do 40 now.

I'm just starting to develop biceps from weight training and I'm really liking the way they look so far. They are only small, but my arms are very skinny, so this is fantasic. I will definitely be showing them off in the near future. : )
