I use this acnostat stuff from bath and body works. it works pretty well, not as well as id LIKE it to but i have ULTRA sensitive skin so nothing works for me but you might try it. i also use the clean and clear advantage kit. but i think what you have to do is realize that acne will NOT go away no matter what you use, itll be there. its part of puberty some get it some dont. be thankful youre not getting it in college or anything :) also, for foundation i use maybeline [spelling?] dream matte. and it seems to work better than any of the powdered crap or the liquid. its also easy to spread and you use less of it which helps stop so much clogging. in the morning i use an apricot scrub from st ives. it seems to help a bit. you just have to rub carefully so it doesnt break any of the bad skin cuz then itll leak into open pores and create more problems. foundation doesnt really cause acne though. it doesnt HELP it, but its not like its killing your skin. as long as you wash your face every single day. another thing, DRINK WATER. water cleans your skin out. also, GET SOME SUN. the vitamin D in the sun is good for your skin. take my brother for example: he had acne on his back REALLLLLLL bad. the second he started going outside and swimming in the sun, i noticed it was going away. but when he stayed out of the sun for a few days, the acne came back. so make sure you get plenty of suntime.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

I'm on the Photodynamic Laser Acne Treatment. I'm using solodyn along with the treatment. If your acne is severe or if it keeps breaking out on a daily basis i suggest u do a laser treatment. The one I'm on cost 300 bucks per treatment but not only that but you get bunch of pills and medications. One treatment and you should be fine. I was too stupid enough not to do the laser treatment faster and now i need a couple more treatments.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Solodyn is an antibiotic agent (minocycline).

It does not make acne worse before it gets better

If you have been taking the Solodyn as directed, discuss your situation with your doctor. You might need another treatment for your acne.
