Mean to Dad is what way? If it is disrespect, your Dad should be able to confront the boys. They are HIS sons, so he should be able to control them. Unless there are other handicaps. More information would help in a better suggestion.
UPDATE: Confront your brothers yourself and tell them that it is unhealthy for your father to be treated like that and they sould be more understanding about the current situations. If they don't, there really isn't much else. All you can do is talk to them. Remind them that this effects their inheritance. That will probably change their behaviors.

I agree with Brian. It is your fathers prblem not yours. Maybe talk with your dad to let him know how much it is bothering you, that might help.

make sure that they are excluded from inheriting anything. also contunue to be nice to your dad. he will remember it when he dies, and God will remember it too.
