everytime i load microsoft word xp, the little screen comes up that says the lisence no. and my name then it freezes and goes non responsive. I have to open tast mgr. close it then when i try to open it again, it says would u like to open in safe mode and im forced to say yes other wise it will freeze again. ive reinstalled and everythin g.

Open Task Manager and look at processes. If WINWORD.EXE shows up on there multiple times, that could be a problem. You need to close them all out.
Uninstall Word or MSOffice. Shut down (not restart) the system. Start the system up. Reinstall Word or MSOffice (if you have the package).

I don't understand your question, but I would suggest purchasing a different word processor. I just got tired of the bulky MS application. Try Book Writer by Yadu Digital.

So you have microsoft Windows XP, but what version of word do you have? Is it conflicting with your OS? Try tech support

sounds to me you have a hacker-or virus.you might need to use some of the online scans to find.you anti virus may not be finding it.
