ok...i am 16. i have a friend that is a girl. she told me that i have a cute smile and she likes my eyes.....sometimes in class she keep glancing at me....buh i didnt no if she liked me so i juss ignored it.....its been a while now and im starting to like her...shes 15....i dont no if she is interested...and skool is going to start soon...i will see her tomorrow for some meeting at skool..wut shud i do...i cant stop thinking about her......i need help...thanx

Well you like her so, ask her out or something. Thats what Highschools about. If you dont do something about it now then youll be afraid to act on all your future crushes or interests. Dont be afraid of rejection, ladies are attracted to confidence so no matter what, if she says yes or no, stay confident and flirt with her anyway.

Sounds very promising.
You can either plant one on her to welcome her back (if you think she's that type).
Or, you can take a more conservative approach. This would entail, making conversation, etc. and doing another gut check to see if her feelings are still there or if maybe she went another direction over the summer. If she's still making a lot of eye contact and maybe playing with her hair and smiling at you. It's time for you to make the next move and ask her out!
From there, just take it one step at a time. Not too fast or things usually get messed up. But, taking it a step at a time, you build a great foundation for even better things to follow.

it means she wants to date you, it is when somebody keeps a long eye contact and smile at you is called flirting, so go for at and have an experience,
i think it is a bit too late that you waited till now for dating,
and that she told you she likes your smile and eyes, that means she likes you
