Go talk to her to try and be firends with her. Make her laugh and she will remember you. Keep that going for some time. Then if it works, ask her out.

Be a man and ask her out. Even if she does say no, at least you'll know and you don't have to wonder anymore. But so you know...most girls don't know how to say "no," so you've got a good start. Then just be sweet and have fun!
