head and shoulders is a temporary fix. It has harsh chemicals that's not good for your hair and scalp. You need to treat your scalp. I also had a dandruff problem and was dying my hair black. I now use Bumble and Bumble Tonic. A few sprays on damp hair and in a few weeks my scalp was as good as new.

Cut off your head, lol.
Don't use Head and Shoulders - bad. It does work - but it is bad chemically for your scalp and hair (my wife is a hair dresser, and they teach that in Cosmetology school).
Just massage your scalp when you shampoo, with a MILD shampoo. RINSE Thoroughly. I use to have the worst, and since I took this advice - I don't get it.

use ehad n shoulders..it works great....and once you finish the whole bottle..all your dandruff should be gone...thats what i saw work on a friend
