if she was pointing a pair of binoculars at someone, and had the binoculars pressed to her eyes, that would mean that she was seeing someone.

No its called friends or family or guy friends or your dog but no but for you its not for you to be worrying about if your not her boyfriend if you want to ask her out then ask her out it doesnt matter if she is or isnt seeing someone

perhaps. I don't think that "woman" do that behavior. We just tell ya, its over and we are free to date others.

no, we may just be calling our friends to make plans or something. even when u hear us saying something like "hey there sexy" it might just be jokingly to a friend...not nessessarily to a BF

it could mean they have stuff to take care of.....or talking to their family. doesn't always mean they are seeing someone.
