If she's 4 then she's full grown. She won't get any "BIGGER" unless you overfeed her, WHICH IS NEGLIGENT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS

If you want a big cat, try a Maine Coon. They can grow up to 15 pounds, all muscle!
If your cat is small, she is at her full size by now. Malnutrition as a kitten is a likely cause for a small adult cat. Enjoy her as she is--but adjust the amount of food you give her; she doesn't need as much as a normal-sized cat. There should be a by-the-pound guide on the back of most cat food bags.

Hi there...your 4 years young kitty is fully grown (they reach full growth maturity at 18 months). Overweight cats also require frequently require more medical care and expense due to diabetes and associated illnesses.
Here's some of the medical statistics:
·Obese cats are twice as likely to die in middle age, which for cats is 6 to 12 years.
Overweight cats, including those considered "heavy" and "obese," are four-and-a-half times more likely to develop diabetes mellitus, compared with optimal-weight cats.
·Obese cats are seven times more likely to require veterinary care for lameness, caused by joint diseases such as arthritis or muscle injuries, compared with optimal-weight cats. Heavy cats are three times more likely to suffer lameness.
·Obese cats are three times more likely to be presented to veterinarians for non-allergic skin conditions, probably because the cats cannot reach all parts of their bodies to groom themselves properly.
Included below are some links more about the medical concerns regarding overweight felines.

She is full grown. She will not grow anymore. Do not overfeed her as she will only get fat.
If you want a big cat get a Maine Coon.

Why would you want to do that? That's just going to cause health issues and cause her to die earlier than she would otherwise. There are breeds of cats that get bigger than others, Bengals for one that come to mind.

Your cat is full grown by this point and won't get any bigger. If you over feed her, she will become obese. This is just as bad for animal's health as it is for humans health. Enjoy your cat as she is.
